Great OLED 65 Series 90 tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Yes my Sony correction my Samsung 65 inch OLED TV is absolutely fantastic it's footprint fit perfectly on my TV stand and that hence my decision to purchase the Samsung I absolutely love the clarity the blackness of the blacks The contrast the motion the resolution the brightness of the picture is absolutely fantastic and it seems to adjust itself in every situation whether it be light in the room or dark in the room I couldn't ask for more I'm just wanting to lose use Alexa And seem to be gaining on it every day I really love watching and I am having a little difficulty with Comcast as they want you to use their controller And Which haven't learned how to exactly take over the TV yet with that controller that Xfinity provides so I'm still using two or three and I'm also having to use the volume controller on a Bose sound bar I purchased along with the TV but I'm learning and I have no complaints and the quality and craftsmanship of this unit is Beyond words and Samsung just keep doing what you're doing as you are the best and every TV in my house is a Samsung I've even got one that's 14 years old was a 55 inch I moved to my son's room still working 100% and All fantastic pictures on it so thank you very much keep doing what you're doing

Pretty Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is great though it does have some technical issues. Pictures are clear and brisk. Sound goes out occasionally and I have to reset. Remote sometimes freezes. The settings are easy to work with but the TV can be stubborn.

Not Great at start up or loading apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV. The first was a great TV and would have gotten 5 stars. This one gets only 3 stars because it takes so long to start up, and it also takes forever to load apps. I have to wait minutes before an app loads.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2024 version of the same TV in which the power control board burned out ~16 months after purchase and a few months after the warranty expired. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, this model developed this problem. Based primarily upon price and satisfaction with the original unit until the time of failure, I purchased the new version where the problem was addressed. I have been very satisfied: picture quality was always good, but now improved; Smart features upgraded and work much better; minor sound issues also addressed. With the purchase, I did get an extended warranty, so I am confident I will enjoy my TV for the foreseeable future.
