My APC Back-UPS Pro 700 works right out of the box, which is never surprising with your gear. I appreciate providing a way for me to safely dispose of my old UPS and battery safely, and its a gerat way to keep all my equipment protected by APC.
Pros: Energy Efficient, Ease of Management, High Quality, Good Vendor Support, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

I have been using two APC UPSs for years. I saw that APC had a trade in program for my discontinued model and decided to take advantage of it and get new features and improvements. Needless to say, as a longtime customer, I’m very pleased with my new Back-UPS 700 Pro.

All 3 prongs on power plug were bent badly, shipping box was ok so this had to happen at the factory.
