Does not come with battery

There is no battery in the box. They don’t even mention that. Bad marketing practice. Defeats the whole point of being wireless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the feel of the Series X refresh of the Xbox controller. Buttons and triggers feel great and the sticks are smooth.
I got the extended warranty as I have always had issues with Microsoft controllers be it stick drift or A buttons that double input. Only time will tell with this one....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greatest controller I've ever played with!

I've been using it for a while and it works like a charm. I love the directionnal cross pad's design and it's very responsive. I especially love the fact it has a bluetooth connectivity on the go so I can use it with my computer without using USB wires (very convenient for me).
Do I have anything negative about this controller? Not really, it does everything I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth the extra $$

I am so pleased with this controller. I had bought a way cheaper brand on Amazon, and the controls were less responsive, and it crapped out after about three months. I've only had this one for about a month and a half, though. Pretty pricey, but what a difference!

Works fine. Rough edges, like the top case and the bottom case of the controller are mismatched. Thumb controllers are fixed and can't rotated if you have wear on the edges. The wire connector no longer has a LED light on the controller end to show if the battery is fully charged.

Works Well on my PC

Got this to play games like Fifa, Fall guys, and Tomb Raider on PC. I use Epic games, and Steam. On windows 11 it works flawless (just plug and play). Buttons feel great with a sold click, bumpers are the best I have ever used in an Xbox controller. I like how it includes the USB-C cable.
