This PC was a gift for our son's birthday and he loves it. Set-up was a breeze. It is truly a plug and play computer, with easy menus for set-up. We had one minor hiccup where the RGB would not light up on the fans. A wire had come loose during shipping, but customer service was incredible, quick, and helped us fix it in no time. The RGB and case on this build are truly like icing on the cake because they look great and are the perfect added touch. I would highly recommend this computer because after doing our research, you would be hard pressed to find the same specs for the same price.

This is my first gaming PC and I can truly say that it is amazing. I was originally going to build one but I quickly realized I didn't have the time and then I found this great deal on Google express. Everything just worked as soon as it arrived. I connected everything following the directions in the guide and everything just worked. So I haven't had to use their customer service yet and hopefully I won't have to but if I do it will probably be amazing just given my experience so far with this computer.

I purchased this computer for my son, the graphics are amazing, he loves the new computer and he is able to play games that he was not able to play in his old computer, the price and quality are really good. I would definitely recommend this computer for gaming system.

The parts in this pre-built are great given the price. The only part I will be upgrading is the cpu cooler. I believe the one included will satisfy most people's needs though. The cable management was a little messy but i would blame that mostly on the psu not being modular. The customer service is top notch as well. I emailed them several times about the parts and got a response within an hour. Overall, the parts in this computer are of good quality and the customer service is top notch. I will be buying my next computer from them when the time comes.

I purchased the Skytech Archangel 3.0 (2600X/GTX1660) from Google Express and have been completely satisfied with the process.
Upon ordering, I received a confirmation with an estimated shipping date and then shipping information once the order was processed. The item arrived via UPS Ground and required a signature, which I appreciated given the cost of the item. The computer was nicely packaged with foam around the case and another protective foam piece inside the case around the GPU and motherboard.
The quick start guide gave all the required information and within 5 minutes I had the computer up and running. There was also a helpful troubleshooting flow chart in case the computer would not power on, making it user friendly for those who are less familiar with setting up computers.
The hardware included with the computer met or exceeded those stated on the website. The Skytech RGB fans give the build a great look that rivals more expensive systems. The keyboard and mouse are not on par with higher level peripherals, but their inclusion is appreciated since they were plug and play. The cables were managed nicely, better than I could have done working in the same space. I had no issues with drivers, BIOS, or Windows activation. It was truly plug and play, which is exactly what you want from a pre-built system.
I have not experienced their customer service first hand because I have not had a single issue to speak of, but I suspect it is top notch. I would absolutely consider Skytech Gaming in the future if I found myself in the market for another PC.

This was my first pc and it works amazingly. Runs smooth and was very easy to setup. I play overwatch easly at 60 FPS without issues. The power supply is lose but it's a minor annoyance.

Perfect PC for my teenage son who wanted to have a balanced PC which could handle gaming and other tech software like Autodesk and Java for his school projects. We really love this PC as it's having a cool look with plenty of options to change RGB lighting, powerful and fast enough to handle my video editing as well as autodesk suite, beast at gaming and my son loves it. It also came with a RGB gaming mouse and RGB keyboard which was a great surprise as it was not listed on the page.
