PC was shipped fast and came in perfect condition. Everything set itself up perfectly. The cable management inside the box is absolutely superb, I couldn't have done better myself. Value was outstanding for what was featured in the PC. No issues here at all, and the computer has handled everything I've thrown at it so far.

i have been a pc for a while and i was pretty skeptical about buying a prebuilt today cause i wasnt sure which company would give me the best bang for my buck but skytech really out did themselvs with this one i love it and would not have any other one for the price i had and was looking for.

I purchased the Skytech Archangel 3.0 (2600X/GTX1660) from Google Express and have been completely satisfied with the process.
Upon ordering, I received a confirmation with an estimated shipping date and then shipping information once the order was processed. The item arrived via UPS Ground and required a signature, which I appreciated given the cost of the item. The computer was nicely packaged with foam around the case and another protective foam piece inside the case around the GPU and motherboard.
The quick start guide gave all the required information and within 5 minutes I had the computer up and running. There was also a helpful troubleshooting flow chart in case the computer would not power on, making it user friendly for those who are less familiar with setting up computers.
The hardware included with the computer met or exceeded those stated on the website. The Skytech RGB fans give the build a great look that rivals more expensive systems. The keyboard and mouse are not on par with higher level peripherals, but their inclusion is appreciated since they were plug and play. The cables were managed nicely, better than I could have done working in the same space. I had no issues with drivers, BIOS, or Windows activation. It was truly plug and play, which is exactly what you want from a pre-built system.
I have not experienced their customer service first hand because I have not had a single issue to speak of, but I suspect it is top notch. I would absolutely consider Skytech Gaming in the future if I found myself in the market for another PC.

This PC is very strong, I've been playing games like League of Legends and Destiny 2 on high and it hasn't failed me yet. The fans are nice and quiet and switching the colors for RGB is fun. For the price, it's a pretty good pc.
Improvements that could be made: More space for HDD/SDD as it's pretty limited but can be somewhat remedied with external adapters. Most of the questions I've asked customer support have been answered, though it takes awhile at times.
Overall 8/10 PC.

Honestly, how can you go wrong? For the price, which is incredibly reasonable, you save time and labor and still get a great machine that you can upgrade further later if you want. Great for gaming/productivity. I'm very satisfied with this product, and it arrived when it was supposed to. Testing out the included keyboard and mouse and they're actually decent quality (I mean, they're free) to my surprise. 5 stars, highly recommend!
