A little slow shipping speed, hoping to have it by Christmas, but it took a little more than 10 business days to ship. Called several times and had difficulty getting an answer. Packed well. It has great components on a computer this price, it installed very easily. Overall very solid computer for this price, probably can't beat it for the price.

This was my first gaming PC and it seemed like the best option for a good and somewhat cheap gaming pc, compared to most. This installation and booting of it was much easier than expected; took me at most 20 minutes. This PC is super fast compared to the old MacBook air I was using prior. Bought this to game with friends, and I feel like I made a great investment for my future in gaming and other things technology related.

Just switched from console, so this is my first gaming PC. It runs every game I could possibly download without any issues and with perfect FPS and graphics. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my first non-budget computer, and i haven't done any gaming yet but it has handled video well.
the case is well built.
Ports: plenty of usb and audio ports front and back
Noise: super quiet, you cant hear the fan, only the air moving through the case
my only complaint is the wifi connectivity, this is partly my fault given the distance between the PC and the router (~30 feet), but given that my laptop connects fine sitting right next to the tower its partly a hardware issue. I am currently running a cat6 cable to remedy this situation.

Clean, and well built. I've had it for almost a week now and I have been pushing it every day to see how well it performs. So far so good. The only complaint I have so far is the back panel was not seated propperly but I removed it and put it back on propperly so no harm no foul.

This pc actually runs very well and is well built. It has good cable management makes little to no noise, and has plenty of room for more parts and comes with extra cables. Ive run a lot with this pc at once, it runs games well and averages 100-140 frames on valorant. I ran valorant, blender, and vrchat all at once and it ran well, which is surprising because thats very demanding on a pc. The RGB is nice, has a lot of color presets. Overall this is a very good prebuilt and I would recommend, no problems so far.

Great Pc use it for school and gaming, with the current price of pc parts it's a pretty good deal. Only issue I had and why I give it a 4 instead of 5 is that to save money it came with a single stick of ram which works fine but going with dual channel would of been a notable increase in performance.
