I have had about three times when it did not charge for some unknown reason and I try to make sure that the blue rim lights up when I lay the phone on the charging pad. It seems to get fairly hot/warm, too

I like the convenience of putting my phone on the pad but the charger doesn’t charge the phone fast enough and sometimes it doesn’t seem like it charges my phone at all.
