It is very picky about the positioning. I always have to pick my phone up 2 or 3 times and put it back on charging pad before it will begin to charge.

Works great until you put a case on your phone. I tried to put 2 sets of air pods on it and it will not charge. The item must be in the exact middle. I basically use it just to charge air pods now and still plug up phone to cord.
