Would not charge either of my Moto G7s.Returned it

The day I received the pad, I set up and tried to charge my Moto G7 and couldn't get it to charge. The RED ring lite up. (meaning there was an error) I moved the phone around on the pad and it never turned blue (showing it was would be charging). I then tried to charge my wife's Moto G7. Same thing happed with it. Next day I tried it all again. Still showed error. I boxed it back up and took it to Post Office to return it. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I like the ability to just lay my phone down & charge it. I just wish it wasn't so picky with how I lay it down. I thought I laid it down to charge it & went to sleep, I woke up and it didn't charge becauseit wasn't laying on the charger "just right".
