My pool arrived late, and with a hole in it. I could not see it until it was almost full of water. It took the last of my money to purchase this pool. I spent the whole day crying.

Love the pool. The box was mangled on arrival so we were worried it might have been damaged but we were lucky. Our son is Loving it in this heat wave

This top ring will not stay inflated. Been trying but cannot contact intex want $ back . Product is crap and they do not support customers. Impossible to send email their site doesn't work.

My husband and I bought this pool for our girls to enjoy over the summer. Much to our surprise, not only do our girls enjoy it, so do we! Very happy we purchased this pool.

Hole

I believe there is a hole somewhere on the bottom of the pool. The box was pretty torn up when I received it. This is my 3rd time owning a pool like this. But on one side of the pool it is always really wet. I don't see anywhere it could be coming from but maybe the bottom.
