Cool but doesn’t work how it should AT ALL

Umm it was super cool and all with out the app. Like using the button to control. but as soon as I connected the app doesn’t seem to be working well like at all. It’s glitching and blinking all over and just not a great product. I’m hoping this is just a dud and I can exchange for another because I do love the rope lights … but idk it’s just not worth the hassle of going back to the store. My other I got one doesn’t even light up all the way anymore and I haven’t even had it for that long!

My lights aren’t turning on, I just brought them brand new tonight 2/11/2026. I’ve tried different outlets, I’ve connect to my WiFi and to my Bluetooth correctly and make sure there were no nicks in the LED lights.
