The pan heats up nicely, browning the crepes to perfection, and the crepes slide right out of the pan. Easy clean up too. Love the spreader that helps create nicely rounded crepe.

I’ve only used it once so far. It took me awhile to get the hang of making my gluten free pancakes on The crepe pan. I look forward to making crepes this week. The clean up was easy. The spreader is too small.

Fantastic crepe pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is fantastic at providing an even heating and non stick surface for our weekend ritual of crepes. Although we can’t really travel or eat at our favourite restaurants through this excellent crepe pan we can try to replicate the experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cast iron pan was the perfect addition to our kitchen for making fresh crepes and tortillas. I do not have to use any oil when cooking and the iron cast quality provides a perfectly even cook all the way across. This product demonstrates quality cast iron material accented by a gorgeous wooden handle. The only minor concern that might come up for others is the weight of the product. Despite it's relatively thin size, this pan is quite heavy compared to standard crepe pans.

The crepes came out with a soft center and crispy sides and the utensils were fun to work with. The spreader works to make very thin crepes and the wooden lifter lifts without scratching nor tearing the crepe! Grazie Mille to Staub for such fine cookware- I highly recommend this as a staple piece in your cook drawer at home!
