I love the heat retention and distribution on this crepe pan. Perfect size for family breakfast or adult dinner party dessert. So easy when you have the right pan!

This is everything you need to make perfect crepes that release so beautifully but don't limit yourself on this one...you can use this to make pancakes, french toast, grilled sandwiches...just about anything you'd use a flat griddle for. It heats up so evenly and is easy to manage because of the long wooden handle.

Makes perfect crepes everytime!

The fact that this crepe pan is made out of cast iron makes it so that the heat is retained very well and I don't have hot spots when I am making my crepes, so they evenly brown every time. I love how the handle is wood, so it keeps the handle cool and the spreader makes it so that my crepes are super thin and crisp. This is a great pan for anyone who loves crepes!

This is a beautiful combination of enameled cast iron and dark wood that also has a lot of functionality to it. It is great at making crepes, but it can also be used as a searing pan. The short edges allow you to get spatulas and tongs under the product from all angles. This is my go to pan when searing meats.

I have used this pan twice so far. It is Very handsome but is quite heavy. Had to experiment with quantity of batter before getting it right (1/2 cup). Have not gotten hang of using accessories. Produces lovely crepes. Be sure to cook on largest cooking unit.
