Love this pan but...

tip of the pan with the handle for removal of the crepe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cast iron pan was the perfect addition to our kitchen for making fresh crepes and tortillas. I do not have to use any oil when cooking and the iron cast quality provides a perfectly even cook all the way across. This product demonstrates quality cast iron material accented by a gorgeous wooden handle. The only minor concern that might come up for others is the weight of the product. Despite it's relatively thin size, this pan is quite heavy compared to standard crepe pans.

Spatula and spreader didn't work well. Pan is really heavy and I'm afraid it will scratch my induction cooktop.
