I've purchased a few Beats By Dre devices including Studio 3 over the ear headphones (2 years ago), Powerbeats Wireless Headphones (3-4 years ago). I was looking for wireless headphones comparable to Airpods and these were the closest since they were compatiable with an Android device. The funny thing about these things is that you can't physically turn them off. When I called Apple Support they didn't know either and then while on the phone I figured it out that I had to put them back in the case and shut it. Then it asked me to complete a software update which I did then issues started happening. Connectivity issues - spoke to Apple support and had to do a hard reset. Since then it's been okay. The sound is fine for me using a Samsung S8 plus which probably needs to be replaced as well. I had a video conference call the other day on my MacBook Pro and it was fine so basically if it's not an Apple product it won't work properly. All I wanted was a good set of headphones for work and activities. Really disappointed in the constant pairing, connectivity issues. I'll never understand why these big companies don't check their firmware first before forcing me to update it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Ear Buds !

These things are amazing. The sound is unreal, amazing bass! Fit perfectly and don’t fall out or move when running. We go for walks with our kids and my wife and I put one in each of our ears. There’s nothing better out there believe me I’ve gone through a few. Little expensive but who cares treat yourself it’s worth it!

Truly wireless and won’t leave you hangin’

I purchased these headphones from the very helpful staff in Courtenay, BC and they’re stellar. They have a very balanced sound and will never leave your head no matter what activity above water (only water resistant, not waterproof). The charging case is a little large, but the headphones run for a long time so little need to carry it.
For a Beats product the Bass is a little weak, but if you need a headphone that stays on through workouts with great sound you will very satisfied. I use both Apple and Android devices and the sound is great on both. I purchased them with a price match of $100 off and, although still pricey, worth every penny. Take them for a run and you won’t be disappointed.

These have been the most awful set of earbuds I’ve ever purchased.
I’ve only had them for about 4 months, but I only needed them for a month to tell you about the multitude of problems that I’ve encountered.
The first problem is the connection issue. Most times, it fails to connect either one ear phone or even both to the phone. It takes a process of resetting the earbuds to get them working again. It wouldn’t be annoying if I didn’t have to it every time I want to use them.
The second one, is the battery life. It claims to have 9 hours of battery life, but this is just a lie. I get anywhere from 4-5 hours on a single charge. Which is still good but not great.
The third and most crucial one, the built quality. It’s god awful. For $320 you would expect a product to be better made and designed than a $20 AirPods knock off.
The charging case becomes flimsy after the first two weeks and as a result the earbuds won’t connect to the dock correctly, leading to a lot of times of putting them in to charge and then finding out they weren’t because the magnet refused to connect properly. Even when you make sure you put them in correctly, the slightest bump will disconnect them. Also, the Bose b on one of the earbuds completely came off. It’s pathetic.

These problems aren’t just mine alone. They’re problems found in thousands of other people’s products. Just do a quick google search before purchase to see for your self.
Don’t get suckered in by the beats logo. You’re better off with jaybirds or the new airpods.

Noise cancellation its 5 out of 10, but I don't mind, because the sound its just amazing, and before I bought powerbeats pro, I did try the Sony,,,, even JB, nothing beats powerbeats pro!!!! Yes they are expensive but trust me guys they are worth every penny.

Never ever buy

These headphones got sooo many problems. Charging these things is a nightmare. One day they work perfectly fine the next one of the earbud is dead... even if you double, triple check if they are correctly in place, they will be dead the next day... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Not worth the $$

Was really excited about these when buying them. Tried them for about 5 days, a couple hours each day, and my ears would hurt after 30 mins. I even tried 3 different ear tips and still got the same result. The sound quality was also not what I thought it would be for almost $400 after tax.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
