Super quiet. No fun being locked into one sound with only the apple EQ, flat being the best option which just shouldn’t be a thing. Clangy metal sounding highs that actually gave me a headache after 30 minutes of use. Hurts your ears. Doesn’t give you that signature Beats bass feel either. So disappointing. Controls were the highlight but that shouldn’t be the highlight with earbuds lol.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Allergic reaction

Loved these but over time found I had an allergic reaction to them. Very itchy inner ears and some drainage from within my ears. Then both inner ears developed a rash and flaky skin. There is a thread on this problem in the Apple Community and on Reddit. Apple knows about the problem and is doing nothing about it. Very expensive ear phones to have this problem! I can’t use them now as every time I try, even with months between use, the problem comes back.

The headphones, themselves are good. They work well and have beautiful sound. However, I bought them to replace a cheap pair that I used with my Fitbit watch. They pair with it easily, but do not always work with it. Sometimes I have to unpair them and re pair them, to work. It is a Fitbit problem, but it was awfully expensive to buy a new pair that will not always work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The most expensive and yet, worst performing headphones I've ever bought.
I've tried powerbeats, bose soundsports and this; Out of the 3, I can say with certainty that this pair is the worst i've tried. The reason is simple. IT DOES NOT WORK. Out of 20 times I connect the device to my Galaxy s10 phone, about once or twice will it make sound. This causes me to spend about 30 minutes to pair my headphones with my phone every time I want to use it.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped

To start off I’ve been on an endless search for wireless buds I actually love & wanna keep that are truly compatible with Apple for quite some time. I got these as a replacement to the Samsung Galaxy buds. Mainly because they are made by Apple & are in ear headphones but have the button I’ve come to actually appreciate. I love how these have there own volume. Less messing around with my phone & Siri actually responds.
What I find as a downside is my right ear I can not find a comfortable fit. The mic pushes on my ear & it’s very uncomfortable (my ears are fairly small) I also find myself fiddling with the ear hooks to get them on as there’s no size adjustment.
So far the sound is really clear even when standing in outside traffic.
