Its horrible for body grooming

This cuts like crazy if your trying to body groom or trim hair around your balls and stuff. Not worth it

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have better products suited for grooming the genital areas. I'd love to recommend the OneBlade for example. In general its good to be careful with shaving sensitive areas and exercise caution and use the right attachments.

Works but for me I wish the attachments for beard trimming went beyond 7 mm. To go to a longer length you have to use the hair trimming attachments which requires you to use the wider cutting head. I've found the standard cutting head is the one I prefer to use on my beard.
Pros: easy of use, does not require frequent charging, selection of attachments
Cons: foil shaver is not effective, longest beard attachment is 7 mm
I decided to grow a beard and needed a trimmer to keep it from getting out of hand. Don’t like it to look scruffy. After looking around this trimmer had the best features for my needs.The price was reasonable for everything that it had. I can use it to replace other devices that I had for facial grooming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned multiple grooming tools in the past and this is by far the best product ever. Cuts are clean and accurate. Changing heads and cleaning is easy. Has a very substantial feel in your hand. Charges quickly and maintains power throughout use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. The device stopped working after a few months of ownership. It will not turn on so I am assuming the battery is dead - what a joke. Suffice to say, you won't hear a recommendation from me.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is resolved. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switching it on again, as using an electric device with water can be very dangerous. Therefore, for your own safety, Philips waterproof or showerproof groomers only work when they are unplugged. Clean your groomer to maintain its proper functioning, as hair or debris can accumulate and negatively affect performance. Check whether the device is washable or only suitable for dry cleaning before proceeding with cleaning. Oil your groomer by applying a few drops of oil on the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. It might also be possible that the battery of your Philips groomer has run out. We advise you to fully charge your groomer and then try turning it on again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Multigroom 7000. Extremely sharp blades, lots of attachments. However, I feel that it still needs a beard comb at 8mm for the smaller blade. Major miss IMO.

Ridiculous, wasteful packaging

I'm already turned off to Philips by the ridiculous, wasteful packaging of this product. I've notice before the Philips is the king of ridiculous packaging in other products I've purchased from them. And, all the guards are just thrown in the package and come pouring out when you open it.
