[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several electric shavers over the years. Both corded and wireless. The multigroom 7000 is a well thoughout grooming kit that covers everything you will need. This unit is by far my favorite I've owned.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Multigroom 7000. Extremely sharp blades, lots of attachments. However, I feel that it still needs a beard comb at 8mm for the smaller blade. Major miss IMO.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for both beard and body. I use it in the shower just make sure not to have water directly hit it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. The device stopped working after a few months of ownership. It will not turn on so I am assuming the battery is dead - what a joke. Suffice to say, you won't hear a recommendation from me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your Philips Multigroom stopped working. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is resolved. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switching it on again, as using an electric device with water can be very dangerous. Therefore, for your own safety, Philips waterproof or showerproof groomers only work when they are unplugged. Clean your groomer to maintain its proper functioning, as hair or debris can accumulate and negatively affect performance. Check whether the device is washable or only suitable for dry cleaning before proceeding with cleaning. Oil your groomer by applying a few drops of oil on the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. It might also be possible that the battery of your Philips groomer has run out. We advise you to fully charge your groomer and then try turning it on again.
If the issue still persists, please get in touch via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare).Don’t worry, if you don’t use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew a beard this winter and wanted to keep it neatly trimmed. The Multigroom has a guide that keeps my beard and mustache at an even length, regardless of the thickness of the facial hair. It also has an eyebrow attachment that does an excellent job. The product has a professional-grade feel, and holds a battery charge for a long time. The blades also do not require oiling to keep sharp.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trimmer is nice and comes with multiple attachments and guards from 1mm up. Probably one of the more durable that I have owned. The shaver attachment on mine came apart and I'm sure Phillips will be more than glad to help me resolve that issue.
