Product failed in less than 5 months

The product worked reasonably well initially, but the blades were not particularly sharp or evenly cutting compared to other PN trimmers I have used. After around 4 months of normal use (cleaning and maintaining the product as instructed), the trimmer began to turn on by itself and did not respond to the button. After a week like this, it will not turn on or charge at all. Product is not recommended and company will not honor the 5-year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had another product. It's now in the trash. This is a winner. Lightweight, easy to use.Great price for the product. Not a big fan of the packaging, so many pieces, no wehre to put them. Suggest packaging with a small, inexpensive travel bag. Would increase utility
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't spend the money.

I bought this more expensive one because cheaper models don't last more than a couple of months. This one last 4 months. Waste of money.
Pros: good design
Cons: lasted only 4 months. won't power on.

Pros: it’s really great, it’s the best product, its doesn’t have 25 pieces no case only a bag pouc
Cons: hope doesn’t fail

Great overall trimmer. Powerful and feels great in the hand. Battery last for weeks. Only issue is identifying the attachments. Storage is an issue as well, you have a dozen or more loose attachments jingling around in a cheap storage bag. Have to dig through bag or just empty entire contents on counter to find correct attachment. Should have a semi rigid case with elastic bands or pockets to hold each attachment so they are easily seen and identified.
Pros: powerful motor, quality feel, cuts smooth, long battery life
Cons: attachments are confusing, storage case is cheap

Failure

After 10 months of use, something happened. I plugged in to charge and suddenly it started to work. Light indicates it is fully charged but when I unplug it light is red.

For reference, when fully charged and used normally, the battery should last up to 5 hours. So for now, you could double check that you're using the right voltage (100-240V) and let it charge for a full 2 hours.
