All good, except.....

Really nicely made, as are most of their products. However;
1) The power button waaay too easy to accidentally touch. I probably turn it on and off 5-6 times when going through a complete routine.
2) The longest hair comb and beard comb are appreciably too short for me. I like a bit longer haircut and I don't want to cut my beard to where it looks likes today's trendy heavy shadow.
Pros: quality product, variety of accessories, can use when charging
Cons: the longest hair and beard combs too short for me., power button needs to be moved elsewhere.

So this is my first real beard - my wife likes it - so it is learning by doing for me. This product has all the tools that I think I need and nothing has broken yet.
I am a month or so into it and things are evolving nicely.
Previous to this purchase, I ordered a different beard kit and the trimmer plastic bits fell apart and the manufacturer did not react well...
So yeah, I am happy with this product.
Pros: came with a carrying case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered it for my father, he said he like the all the heads, but does no like the face he have to use batteries. He said it is not as strong and fast since it uses battery.

I have tried different trimmers from other companies but find it very smooth. The only flaw I found is the grip. its all metal hence no cushion from the vibration.
Pros: noiseless, different trimming options
Cons: bad grip

I really enjoy using this product. Only drawback is the switch is in a bad place. It is where I hold it when trimming my beard, so sometimes I turn it off .... you may not. It is not a reason not to buy this, but I think a slide switch would work better in this area for me.
Pros: design, attachments, versatile use
Cons: on/off switch is in a bad place for me

only two small issues. I wish it had a body hair head that was much wider than the one that comes with the product and one beard trimmer piece that was adjustable so that i don't have to swap them out so frequently

Easy to use, lasts a while, easy to clean

Had a few trimmers/shavers over the years and this worked like a charm. Shaved my head, trimmed the beard and shaved the neck rather quickly.
I would have preferred a large shaver for getting that skin-tight feel but everything else was great. I was able to straighten out my small beard and mold it into something more manageable. All the attachments were helpful.
What is great is that I have a much older Philips Norelco shaver that still does a pretty good job.
