A product that gets the job done

I was pleased to use a product that fulfills its purpose. I prefer shaping up my own hair, as it regrows. The shaving attachments all function great. An overall great product for its purpose. Thank you, Philips.

Most solid trimmer!

I’ve had this trimmer for over 2 years. Trims with precision. Remains sharp. Battery life is beyond amazing. I think I’ve charged it 3 times in 2 years and use it almost everyday.

I just bought this product and man I tell you this best clippers I have ever had! They cut so cleanly shave my head with a razor at all , took the hair off with out getting caught on my hair . The best I have see , love them .

Failure

After 10 months of use, something happened. I plugged in to charge and suddenly it started to work. Light indicates it is fully charged but when I unplug it light is red.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For reference, when fully charged and used normally, the battery should last up to 5 hours. So for now, you could double check that you're using the right voltage (100-240V) and let it charge for a full 2 hours.

The product can be used for all my trimming needs & that of my wife. Instructions are written well, so had no problems changing out the attachments. Like the fact that it is water clean up, and cordless. Able to use it many times before it needs recharged.

Just gave myself the best haircut in ages! Totally love this thing - my husband uses the beard attachments and I use the hair attachments for a great cut. Especially love the two ear guides - made short work of an area I always have trouble with.
