It's precision cutting but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The guards are great, they fit well. The blade is nice and really cuts a nice clean line. However with or without the guard it pulls, every now and then it grabs a hair it doesn't cut and hurts! I've never even had a cheaper razor do that. I'd expect more from this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1. Make sure your skin is clean before using your Philips Groomer.
2. Always make sure your groomer is in full contact with your skin.
3. Apply gentle pressure and move the groomer slowly over your skin.
4. Pre-trim long or hard to shave hair.
5. Allow some adjustment time period and give your skin some time to recover in between grooming sessions.

Just a really NICE product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure what to say about this trimmer just that is is so cool looking and does a great job at what trimmers are supposed to do.... the washable feature rocks and the endless combs allow you to really get creative. If you mess up its not because of the trimmer

Works great, well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace an older Wahl cordless trimmer that the rubber cover over the power switch had failed. It is comfortable in use, the heads are easy to remove and replace compared to the Wahl which tended to be a bit fiddly to align the drive pin and the business end can be cleaned under a faucet. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that it can be difficult to tell the guards apart since they are all very close in color. I also like the single row shaver which is easier to align than the two row shaver on the Wahl.

Great Build!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the most elegant and compact kit I've used. My beard is not full grown but I like how long the battery lasts and how quite it is compared to my 5 year old model.
The foil shaver and nose trimmer also comes handy and replaces my dedicated nose trimmer I got few months back! Late realization - Shouldn't have bought that!
One thing I miss is the adjustible height of trimmer. Sometimes, I quickly need to just increase from 5mm to 7mm and 9mm when doing sides of the beard and replacing heads cannot provide that kind of flexibility and max height.
The foil shaver and nose trimmer also comes handy and replaces my dedicated nose trimmer I got few months back! Late realization - Shouldn't have bought that!

Best trimmer I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps my beard at a nice even length along with the sides & mustache in check. Cuts instead of pulling like the cheap trimmers I have used. Can keep the nape clean in between haircuts which I couldn’t do with other trimmers.

Best power handle but terrible bag full of guards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is excellent. The bag full of unmarked, indistinguishable shaving guards are just awful. Takes 30 minutes to sort through them and find the 3 or 4 I need to groom my beard and neck. Give me a trimmer with one adjustable guard.

Wonderful clipper
