Your Multigroomer comes with double blades, and is designed to stay as sharp as day 1. Could you make sure that it is cleaned thoroughly, as hair or debris can affect it's general performance. You can clean the appliance by following these steps :
1 Turn off the product and disconnect from the power outlet.
2 Wipe the handle of the product with a dry cloth.
3 Remove any guard (see `Attaching and detaching guards`) or cutting element from the product.
4 Remove any hairs that have accumulated in the hair chamber with the cleaning brush supplied.
5 Remove any hairs that have accumulated in the cutting elements and/or guards with the cleaning brush supplied.
6 Clean the cutting elements under a warm tap.
7 Clean the guards under a warm tap.
8 Carefully shake off excess water and let all parts air dry completely.

I wish I had bought it sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my hair clippers for everything until I got these. I figured clippers are clippers and learned after my first use all clippers are not the same. It's easy to switch attachments in 3 or 4 seconds when laid out. I'm still on the first charge months after my black Friday purchase, it doesn't get dirty inside the parts too bad and I don't have to oil it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Well designed but lacks features of predecessor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a Norelco trimmer for years, and got this on the recommendation of Wirecutter. Overall I like it, but miss 2 features of the old one: the beard trimmer attachments only offer 4 lengths, all of them too short for my taste (my old one had 9 lengths). Also, the old one had a vacuum to catch the trimmings.

Best trimmer I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only charged this one time since I got it for Father’s Day. I have a full beard and don’t use it constantly, but with some regularity. It stays sharp and the guards help me reach the perfect length. Awesome awesome product!
