Not pleased with clippers staying in place

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We would like to inform you that check for a release button on the body of your groomer to remove the cutting unit. If so, press the button to detach the unit. If the groomer does not have a release button, place a finger under the teeth of the cutting unit and pull it upwards to remove it.
To reattach the cutting element, make sure it is properly aligned and insert its bottom part into the groomer's body. Then, slowly push the part with the teeth forward until you hear a click. Do not force the attachment into the device as this may damage it.

Was hoping for better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this razor to be a good facial hair trimmer but not so much for the body. I have used Phillips before and love the quality of their products but this one fell short when grooming body hair. Hairs are constantly getting tangled up in the mechanism underneath the razor. It isn’t sealed properly enough to prevent hairs from getting tangled. The nose hair trimmer works great and I will continue to use it to trim my goatee but as for the body idk

To trim in the most effective way the hair on your body, we advise to stretch the skin with your free hand and move the guard against the direction of hair growth. Make sure the surface of the body guard always stays in contact with the skin. Make sure hair is clean and dry as wet hair tends to stick to the body. Since all hairs do not grow in the same direction, you may want to try different trimming positions (i.e. upwards, downwards, or across). Practice is best for optimum results.When too many hairs have accumulated on the product, blow the hairs out before use.

The Product has some good features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product to replace the older one I had. After trimming my hair the first time, I went back to the older Phillips Norelco. The Trim was less even than what I wanted. There are good features with this product that I like because they are upgrades from the older Phillips that I replaced.
