For some reason the power trigger get on and cannot back to off position. I have this product more then a year with no problem

Used it for the first time to cut my sons hair. I’ve never cut hair before. It was super easy to use. The Handel was very comfortable to
hold and Boise was very low. Very impressed with it. It would have been nice to have a USB charger rather than a normal plug in. The storage case is very cheap for such a nice product and brand.

I love how the device feels high quality. The accessories can feel a bit overwhelming but once you read the manual you can sort it out. It was hard to locate the length of each comb. Have to hold it up to the light to see the faded print. Other than that I highly recommend it. Had to groom my own hair during lockdown. This was the right tool for the job.
