My husband bought this product 6 months ago. He actually decided to go with this brand instead of his normal brand, he liked what was offered more with the Norelco so he thought why not give it a chance.
He uses this product every week to shave and trim up his beard and couldn't be anymore satisfied with them product. It cuts nice and smooth, it doesn't really pull his beard when cutting and all the different blades are a plus, so he can change up his style of his beard without having to start all over. He uses it once a week for about 30-.45 minutes and only has to charge it about every 4-5 uses.
But last week he went to use it and it wouldn't turn on or charge and he was pretty upset about it. He spent a nice amount of money on a product to quit working within 6 months and he was even more upset that he didn't get the brand he always goes with so we reached out the customer service and they went above a beyond with help us get a replacement shaver. Sometimes things break way before they are suppose to but the customer service we received when reaching out has made him a lifetime Phillips buyer.

This is a great groomer. It's quiet, compared to others, and it runs smoothly. The blades are super sharp. What would choke ordinary groomers doesn't slow this one down. The reason I gave the groomer a four-star rating is I keep cutting myself with it if there are no guides attached. Maybe it's just my experience. However, even with the nicks I get, this is all-around the best groomer I have ever used. I highly recommend it.

I got this new trimmer on Sept. 1st, it is now Dec. 3rd, I trim my beard 2 or 3 times a week, shave my head at least once a week... still running on the 1st charge. Amazing! AND this does a great job, I no longer need a beard trimmer & head shaving device. It's all in one.

I ordered and liked features of Philips vacuum model, but it had design issues affecting its durability. This model is simple but works far better. You can feel the build quality. Shaver works great, giving a clean even shave.
