Looks like a great product

This could be a great product but it does not come with a charger. For the price I paid, it should. I also can't find a charger anywhere online or on this site that will fit

While this may seem inconvenient, we assure you that it is because most consumers already own one or multiple USB wall adapters. We will continue supplying USB charging cables with the product that can be used with a USB power adapter. We recommend a splash-proof (IPX4) adapter. You can get this adapter in the Philips online store or any other retailer. Look for "IPX4" text or symbols on the adapter.

Wasted money

Trimmer only worked about five times before the trimmer would no longer stay attached to the body and I couldn't trim my minimal beard without having to bend over 20 times to pick up the pieces that fell onto the floor. Very aggravating and leaves me never wanting to purchase a product with your brand on it ever again.

We recommend you clean the groomer thoroughly, as hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. You can apply a few drops of oil to the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. Another reason why your shaver might not be working properly is that it is not assembled correctly. For full instructions on how to reassemble your multigroomer, refer to your user manual. When you shave with your Philips Multigroomer, you will achieve optimal results if you make slow, circular movements. Shaving long hair can be uncomfortable and may lead to skin irritation. If you have not shaved for a couple of days, it is a good idea to trim your beard before you start shaving. This technique also helps reduce shaving time. Do not press the shaver too hard against your skin. Only apply gentle pressure, which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the blades to catch and cut them.

My product was used when I got it

After two weeks of waiting to get it for my husband,we saw the box and we felt that the box was old and when we opened we are 10000 percent sure it is used one 👎👎👎we will return it Monday

Disappointed

While the product performs well, its design could have been better. The position of the on/off switch makes it very difficult to work with adding or removing blade heads without accidentally turning on the trimmer. The labelling on the attachments is small and difficult to read. The packaging that the product came in is about five time the size needed, mostly empty space. This results in a huge waste of packaging material when you consider that the much larger package box will require larger shipping containers, etc right up the line. Not very environmentally friendly. See pictures below.
Pros: performs well, long life battery
Cons: poorly designed on/off switch position, poorly labelled attachments, wasteful over packaging

Needs longer guards for hair

The main reason I purchased this trimmer was to do my husband and sons haircuts. The guards for trimming hair on this model aren’t long enough! I need a 1” to cut their hair on top. This model’s longest guard is barely over a 1/2”. Waaaaaayy to short!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t even work

I could even attach anything, anytime I put an attachment on it just popped right off. Don’t buy this piece of junk.
I ordered it for my father, he said he like the all the heads, but does no like the face he have to use batteries. He said it is not as strong and fast since it uses battery.
