I do like the features and I am pleased to say it is quieter then the older model that was in my window. The remote control is large enough to see

this was out of stock for months but I'm so glad I bought it!! I've never had such a quiet and effective AC. Their fan is amazing shooting air a good solid 10'. I've got dogs so my door is frequently open, despite this the whole room is within 1-2 degrees of what I set it for.
now the negatives the Smart Home integration doesn't work very well. Nope it's not worth using
