Quiet great performance and features

Bought this model air conditioner off the website last month I like how it’s not noisy like my old unit even though the old units wasn’t old my unit arrived with some damage out the box but it’s quiet keeps my nice and cool and dehumidified and has good features I also like how it’s not extremely heavy and easy to install

Good unit except for water drainage

Bought this Frigidaire to replace a 12 year old Frigidaire. Unit was noisy on startup. You could tell the fan was hitting the standing water. This swooshing/rattle went on for hours. We drilled some bigger holes on the bottom for the water to drain and now there is still a very audible dripping noise inside behind the filter. Is this normal? But unit does cool room very well.

Not cold!
