Seems to work well so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved to South Carolina from California & have been slowly adjusting to the humidity. Although it’s not super humid this time of year, this dehumidifier has been very helpful in making our home more comfortable & I’m really excited to give it a try during the extra humid summer months ahead. This machine was easy to set up and we have been impressed with the amount of water in the tank after each session.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This honestly couldn’t have come at a better time. My sister recently found her clothes molding in her brand new condo. We set this up in her closet. It has been a huge help. It was very easy to set up and get going. The instructions are clear and easy. I was shocked at how much water was in the air. The container filled up quickly but was easy to empty. It’s way quieter than I expected too. Just a low hum. We won’t need to be using this all day every day but it’s great to have in the Florida humidity. I would definitely recommend.

Not worth buying.

I bought this on 5/1/2025 and it stopped working in August 2025. Informed TCL on 9/12/2025. Customer service duplicated questions in the operating instructions, Had eight communications with no resolution, just repeat of questions. Cannot find out how to have the unit serviced.
