I bought 2 cameras recently. They were very easy to configure and install. The videos are clear with great quality. I love the panoramic view and especially how the cameras follow the person. I connected with Ann from support a few times and her service was amazing

Great cameras that follow you every move. I had an issue with an adapter issue. Support was quick to review and offer a solution. Julie as support agent was top!

Had issues with the first camera, but Ann was helpful with trying to troubleshoot and later replacement camera. Overall I'm am extremely happy with this 24/7 camera. I don't know why people complain about th App. It works good for me.

I bought and installed a set of 7 cameras. Overall, I am satisfied with the hardware quality and the installation process.
However, the software experience isn't perfect yet. I am encountering a bug with the "Away" and "Home" modes, which are not working for me.
Also, a few features are missing to make it great:
A fully customizable mode.
Widgets to activate scenarios quickly from the phone.
An alert notification in case of power outage or connection loss (essential for security!).
I recommend these cameras, hoping that support will fix these points soon.

We have two D1 LITES and even though overall happy with them, wish they had better resolution, esp. at night. We need two more and considering the D1 MAX or the P1 MAX but each have their cons.
