Solar cameras not working properly due to a battery charging issue, but very reliable and competent after-sales service that responds quickly and offers suitable solutions. Thanks again to Nivardo and especially Daisy for their invaluable help!

We purchased 3 of these cameras for our vacation home. They have all operated flawlessly. Video quality is excellent and we have both cloud and micro SD card for recording events. We could not be happier with the cameras or the after purchase support we have received.

Aosu didn't work for our personal experience but Daisy was Freaking Fantastic!! She worked with us from beginning to end trying different routes to bring us a solution. Unfortunately it never happened but let me tell you Daisy was right beside us working with us and once she seen it wasn't going to work she was sure to give us a full refund. Daisy went above and beyond her call of duty to bring us the consumer Full Satisfaction.
