I bought a camera and it didn鈥檛 work right out of the box where it would show the power was on but nothing else would happen. I was frustrated but after talking with the chat people on the website, they did everything they could do to troubleshoot the camera and then eventually just made it right by offering to send me a new one as a replacement at no charge. I will be out getting other products from them as the way they handled the issue was above and beyond!!

Had one of the solar camera give me battery issues, I contacted support and they were more than willing to help me with the issue and when it was found that the device was defective they sent a replacement

I got in touch with the support team about my camera not working the way it should and they got back to me with great timing and said they would replace my camera free of charge ! Highly recommend them !

Hello, I have these cameras installed in the temple and the quality is super good, they are working 100%, we have them recording locally in SD memory, I am super happy with these cameras and the service

I love these products because it is easy to install, no batteries needed only the sun; the images can be adjust larger when reviewing; the sound is quality. I have told my friends and colleagues and are thinking of ordering some.
