I recommend this product because it has very good support. We purchased the product in July 2024 and even now, after almost two years, the support team is helping us solve the problem with the camera. Thank you very much for that and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability.

They helped me when I couldn't reconnect my camera after changing my network password. We finally got it figured out, but they offered to extend the warranty and were happy to help me with troubleshooting and escalating the problem. I would buy again.

I have these amazing cameras, both solar and light power. They are all great and the picture both day and night are clear and easy to see. Would highly recommended these!

My outdoor cameras are absolutely fantastic! I had a camera that wasn't functioning properly and they promptly sent a new one out to me. The night vision and the field of view are great! I intend to buy more of these.

Best security camera and online support is amazing. I had an issue with my camera and contacted online support. They were so supportive on trying to get camera up and running again. When my camera wouldn't function properly they sent me a new camera. The whole process only took 5 days. Thank you so much Dekco, I will definitely be recommending your camera's. I have to add my dog is even in tune to the camera alerting us and goes and checks doors.
