I have used AOSU products for a couple of years now and after trying other makes have stuck with them. Okay occasionally I get an issue but the support side is exceptional as to other makes where trying to get in touch is a headache. Before even getting a response. The service supplied is very good and always helpful. Plus the overall kit is very good easy to use and of good design. When there are issues the service team make up for the small issues.

This camera works well but has some flaws.
The pros:
Connecting to my wifi is quick and easy.
I have a choice for local storage or cloud storage which can be expensive if you are on a budget but needs decent surveillance.
It tracks the images every move
Has some decent features compared to ring.
It picks up vehicles from across the driveway and follows them.
Cons
This camera doesn't capture images coming to it but only ones going from it. Could be a software or hardware bug
The time it captures can be longer as movements continue when it stops recording. I'd like to be able to set a recording time.
It would be nice to have a remote storage like the doorbell camera's with wifi extender and a louder chime with choice of tones.
It captures going images most times and sometimes it doesn't.
Otherwise it's a decent camera.

We have this camera at our cabin in the high sierras where we have cold weather and plenty of snow. The camera worked flawlessly for years and only now will not rotate but still capture and transmit video. Ann from support was very quick to respond to my inquiry and to offer suggestions that unfortunately did not fix the problem. Ann helped us move onto the next stage of replacing the camera. Excellent support from Ann.

Got two of these cameras as a gift. Had issues with both not charging properly. Contacted them, and Daisy sent out replcement solar panels. Have been working great ever since. They are a touch slow at sending notifications to my phone, but still nice fir the price.

I鈥檝e had these cameras for over a year now and love them. I had an issue with one of the cameras and Daisy assisted me in getting a replacement. The replacement came very quickly and the ease of setting up the camera was nice. I have found that they really stand behind their products.

I have had three of these cameras up and running since 2023. No issues with battery or connection to WiFi at all. Recently the PTZ left and right pan ability went out on two of them and Aosu鈥檚 is still willing to work with me to get them replaced possibly for no out of pocket. I really enjoy this companies willingness to provide a strong product that they will stand behind!!!
