Camera worked fine then one day edged out so 360 view was incapacitated,called and was very impressed on how easy it was to get this problem resolved with being sent another camera quickly.Also the level of professionalism was top tier a 10 out of 10 experience.Camera is a 4.5 out of 5 if they work the bug out(edging when camera doesn鈥檛 complete a 360 turn)it will be a five out of five.

I am very happy with the security camera that was put into use where I live. Once it was physically installed, there was a couple of glitches in getting it working due to my landlord and I not understanding how to get it activated. I contacted aosulife support and requested assistance and Daisy promptly contacted me and explained the next step. It took a wile to get the information needed but with Daisy鈥檚 expertise and assistance I finally was able to get it activated. I feel more secure knowing it is there keeping me informed.

The support provided with my camera purchase has been Fantastic. The help desk actually answers your call and are genuinely interested in helping you.
There has not been any of that "telephone tag" as you try to find someone who can and will help.
I have also been very impressed with the product. it works as advertised and provides a multitude of options that you can tailor to your needs.

This camera is great, always detects movement and is perfect for keeping an eye on the children when they are playing outside, highly recommend.
