I recently bought this 6 camera kit and I installed them like a breeze. I had some questions and contacted support. At this stage Linette came to my rescue and gave me all the help needed in order to solve my issue. Thank you very much!, now I have 10 cameras and my cousin bought the same based on my fine experience.

Hi I am an installer for both home and commercial CCTV systems, I have tried pretty much every make of CCTV camera, I have found AOSU cameras to be by far the best on the market and would recommend them as a complete security solution. With a wide variety of cameras you can find one to suit all applications and the great thing all under one app with no monthly fee.

Wired outdoor camera would no longer view the area of interest. Support troubleshooted with me and determined it was a hardware issue. New camera was shipped out and I was able to easily replace and configure.
This will now be year 2 with this model. Very good quality image and you can use it with an micro card easily.

My wired outdoor camera died 11 months in. I was able to get a replacement sent. Thanks to Ann for the help.

I love the camera its just getting g it that is a problem. First order had to ask where it was and now my second order is delayed. Too bad kind of unreliable.

Decent enough camera, however the lag time between recordings is very long. I've watched people come and be recorded and then the next recording is almost 10 minutes uses later
