The first one was a lemon - DOA. The second one is working well - so far, I give that one 5 stars. The ice maker is slow and should have a latch so it pulls out when you open the freezer door. Not a fan of the black interior but the fridge had everything else I wanted (well the second one did). It's incredibly difficult to figure out how to install the door panels if you don't want stainless - the directions for attaching the panels are pretty bad.
Pros: Attractive Design, Holds Temperature Well, Energy Efficient, Quiet

Stunning new look to our kitchen

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 27 year old Sub Zero that died. If we had bought another Sub Zero we would have had just another nice refrigerator. My wife was hesitant at first about the dark grey interior of the Jenn air, but when she saw it installed in our kitchen she was totally awe struck by the appearance. Bottles, jars and vegitables look like works of art on display against the dark interior. The lighting is spectacular and the appearance of the stainless steel exterior next to our cabinets gave the kitchen a completely new and modern look. The temperature control and performance can not be matched. Our food stays fresher longer. This is definitely the most stylish refrigerator on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and it was delivered March 16, 2020. I modified the space where it was to be installed and installed it on the 16th. The only trouble I had was figuring out how to get it off of display mode. Once I turned that off everything was good. It is very quiet when it is running. We love it. Great replacement for our 35 year old Sub Zero.
