[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of apc] I am trying to get batteries. Everything I read in the webpage is for batteries. The picture is for a battery cartridge that hold 4 batteries. I severely hate confusion and stupidity. If it is a battery then I should see RBC43 batteries itself.
Cons: Too Expensive, Part Failure, Not Fast Enough, Lacking Vendor Support, Low Confidence in 24/7 Uptime
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for any confusion the images may have caused. The RBC43 is installed in certain rackmount models and it is made up of battery cartridges installed in a battery tray. Please use our battery selector tool to find the correct replacement battery for your UPS.

We've sold many of these over the years and can't recall any complaints about the product quality. 3-4 years on these seem more than likely based on time between orders. Can't imaging wanting to go with non-APC on something like this - whatever you pay is worth it for peace-of-mind in my book!
