Wrong template numbers on package

I brought the 5262 pack. Used the correct template 5262.
BUT YOU HAVE TO USE TEMPLATE 5162 TO PRINT CORRECTLY!
I wasted a ton of sheets then had to reformat in the computer to print correctly.
THIS PACK IS MISLEADING AND POORLY LABELED!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am so sorry about this issue you experienced with your template alignment. The 5162 and the 5262 templates are compatible with one another. The only difference is the 5162 has 1400 labels and the 5262 has 350 labels. We sometimes give another template number, such as 5162 as this is the "generic" version of the template number. My apologies for the confusion! As for the misalignment, the most common reason why we see issues with the alignment is in the pdf or printer settings. We recommend to use the Page Size as Letter, and the Scale as Custom 100%. If you need assistance with your template or need a reorder for this misalignment issue, please contact our Client Services. Useless Avery system

Avery makes it nearly impossible (totally impossible for me) to use my laptop to print on a template to be able to print out the labels on my HP printer. Frustrating and useless. Will have to break out my old portable typewriter to type on the Avery labels that I bought.
