unbelievably scruffy packaging

I bought 2 cartons which came with rebate. One carton was repacked in another box I guess because they gave me an extra ream I guess because of all the torn reams but wrapping badly torn and dirty as were first pages. An extra ream is no gift because UPS delivers my Staples orders. They usually don't ring my door bell either block my door with the package or leave it down my front steps or leave it out of site past my garage. It can sit there for days. I usually am home. Then I have to cope with getting the heavy weight up the steps and in the house. I have not used the paper yet. But the look of each torn ream is terrible. Looks like they came out of the trash. I have bought reams of paper in thrift stores. They wouldn't sell paper in this shape.
