Pleasantly surprised that the items I ordered arrived the very next day. Ordering online is the way to go especially for heavy items like these. The delivery guy asked where I wanted them-I just had him leave them on the front porch since my dog was acting up but otherwise I think he would have carried them all the way to my office for me.

This paper is awful. It jammed frequently in both our Kyocera copy machine and HP laser printer.

I am always watching for copier paper that is on sale due to going through so much of it. I only gave it four stars because it is not top quality but it serves the purpose. I would purchase again at that price.

The case arrived with the cardboard carton really beaten and torn. Inside every wrapper for each ream was split at the corners. If the contents had been anything other than packaged paper it would have been severely damaged. Staples sorely needs to take more pride in their receiving warehousing picking and delivery systems or personnel. I suspect your workers/systems could break an anvil.

Who says cheap isn't a BRIGHT idea?

I ordered this paper on a daily deal because of the savings. I used rewards coupons to help pay for it (ink cartridge recycle) which made it almost free. The only difference that I can see in this paper vs the Staples multipurpose paper in the blue box is the BRIGHTNESS rating. This paper is rated a 92 vs the blue box which is a 96. I put them side by side and can't really see a difference. They are both great paper. Don't ignore this plain box paper when it is on sale sometimes cheaper is a bright ideal!

For everyday use this paper is great. I use in an all-in-one printer and it works beautifully. The paper is lightweight so might use with caution in other printers.
