Thinner than expected

The paper is thin. You can see right through to the next sheet. Not good for business presentations at all. Will be using as scratch paper.

Staples Copy Paper reliable

Staples Brand products such as this copy paper have always been reliable and reasonably priced. This paper does not jam easily and holds laser print well. We use lots of paper daily for patient counseling sheets as well as general office.

unbelievably scruffy packaging

I bought 2 cartons which came with rebate. One carton was repacked in another box I guess because they gave me an extra ream I guess because of all the torn reams but wrapping badly torn and dirty as were first pages. An extra ream is no gift because UPS delivers my Staples orders. They usually don't ring my door bell either block my door with the package or leave it down my front steps or leave it out of site past my garage. It can sit there for days. I usually am home. Then I have to cope with getting the heavy weight up the steps and in the house. I have not used the paper yet. But the look of each torn ream is terrible. Looks like they came out of the trash. I have bought reams of paper in thrift stores. They wouldn't sell paper in this shape.

This paper is awful. It jammed frequently in both our Kyocera copy machine and HP laser printer.
