I placed order for 2 boxes of copy papers and i receivd only 1 box so far . it has been seven days and i don't know where is the other box and staples promise without any thing yet

Paper Jams

I had a terrible time with this copy paper and will not purchase again. The paper curled horribly as it exited the printer- causing issues when I would print more than 2-3 pages which I do frequently. The curling caused additional pages to push the printed pages out of the tray all over the floor. After two years and various papers in this printer this is the first time I've had this issue. Additionally for several reams the glue used to seal the packaging was also on the paper causing up to 20 pages to stick together and have to be separated by hand. Very displeased.

AS A NON-PROFIT WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO SAVE A DOLLAR. STAPLES NEVER DISAPPOINTS. WE ALWAYS LOOK FOR COPY PAPER ON SALE LIKE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE OR BUY TWO GET ONE FREE OR SOME HAVE REBATES. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE BEST DEAL AND NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. Paper has a good quality good brightness but ii feels a bit tick and for that reason it jams the printer.

With five kids it is hard to get out and go shopping I do most of my shopping online. This is the first time I have bought paper online and staples was my choice because of price and shipping time. I will buy this again.
