I love having these kinds of file organizers on my desk. This one is sturdy high quality and does the job well. These things can get quite expensive but this one is well made and a really good value.

I like that it is taller than the plastic file holder and (the files don't flop over the top making it hard to see the labels)

It is so nice to have records that I use daily right at hand visible and neatly filed on my desk. Rather than have to thumb through a drawer I can have records where I can easily reach them and then file away and it always looks neat.
