Since my printer is quite old I decided to try the reman cartridge. So far it has been printing cleanly and very clear. Since this the first one I've tried I remain skeptical but for now I'm impressed with what I'm seeing. The cost savings is significant!

Poor print quality

We've bought the Staples brand remanufactured toner cartridges in the past without issue but since they went to the TRU RED the quality is awful. I prints light and sometimes splotchy. I've changed it now 3 times in a short period and still getting the same result. It's not worth my time or money to use this product anymore.

I will never again order staples remanufactured toner. It leaks and leaves traces on the paper. I am not blaming the toner cartridge but I have never had a paper jam with this printer until my first remanufactured cartridge
