Nice neat calendar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall calendar is nicely sized to keep on the desk or on the wall next a computer monitor. It has three holes along the top allowing it to be hung or kept inside a binder. The paper calendar is slipped inside between the transparent protective cover and a cardboard back. When you want to write on the calendar you have to take it out from the slip. The cardboard back provides a solid support for you to write on the calendar on top of it. To put the calendar back into the slip you do have to wiggle the calendar side to side because the slip is very tight. The calendar has adequate boxed space for each date that allows you to write events and notes. Each page also has three lines on the bottom that you can write additional notes on. Along the bottom is a full year calendar so that you don't have to turn pages back and forth when you plan. The quality of the paper is that of a quality copy paper. You're not able to see the next month through each paper which is good. The calendar begins with Sunday and ends with Saturday. On each date box there is a count up and a count down to the end of the year which can be a useful feature to some. The calendar also highlights various holidays with a red outlined box. My only complaint is that it highlights too many holidays - federal national religious. There are some months where too many dates are outlined red which bothers me if I don't celebrate most of those holidays. For example the calendar highlights holidays such as Canada Day Administrative Professionals Day Civic Holiday National Teacher Day etc that I've frankly never really heard of. On the days where two dates fall in one single box the box is divided horizontally instead of diagonally. Each page has a dotted division line where you can neatly rip off the month after you are done. Overall this is a neat thin monthly calendar that is easy to hang or to carry around. Too many highlighted holidays and the way you have to wiggle the calendar into the slip can be bothersome to some.

Desk Wall Calendar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this calendar it comes in a sturdy sleeve that has holes for putting into a binder or hanging on the wall near a desk. It keeps me organized by allowing me to write in the good sized spaces provided on the calendar. I do enjoy the grey and red coloring. It is a handy way to stay organized and keep the calendar protected. I believe it will continue to keep me organized throughout the upcoming year!
