Always in our sink

We keep this in our sink all the time for scrubbing those pots and pans with thick layers of cooked-on mess. I used to have to put those pots and pans in a "time out" soak before approaching them with a dish brush, but I rarely have to do a pre-soak since I have a heavy duty scrub sponge.

I have to admit that yes I have tried other products and come quickly running back to scotch brite! There are no other brands that I trust for my family to keep my home clean and looking fresh!

The fantastic Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be my favorite product that Scotch Brite carries. We use them for scrubbing pots and pans that have burnt on food or burnt black bottoms of pans. Everything comes off with a minimal amount of scrubbing which makes dishes so much faster. We use it to scrub our BBQ grill and it works well on that too. It works great on washing scratch resistant parts of cars, outside furniture and my husband uses it to scrub the built up grease and oil on his tractors. This scrubber fits easily in your hands and is easy to grip with minimal slippage. I would and do recommend these to everyone!

Ive been the type of girl that really hates cleaning those pans that have caked up grease and grime. I would buy cheap pans and if they got really dirty, instead of using one of those cheap sponges we use to buy that would have me soaking and scrubbing soaking and scrubbing, I would just throw the pan out. My husband bought the Scotch-Brite heavy duty sponges home for me to try and wow!!! what a difference, no hard scrubbing, my arms were not tired and best of all Im saving money by not throwing out my pans.

Heavy duty scour sponge

I like this product to take off the heavy cooked on food from my cast iron fry pans. Also the gas stove stains on the Stainless steel pots and pans. It takes it all off without leaving any scratch marks,and pollishes the stainless steel at the same time.

Scrub sponges

I really like to use the heavy duty scrub sponge for cleaning my tea pitchers. I use a special herbal tea that can only be purchased in one place. It is made up by hand with many different type of herbs that I would never think of putting together. But it is wonderful..no caffine. I use just a little bit of blackberry tea for an aftertaste. However, it does leave a ring around the top of the pitcher and some stains further down inside. Turning it over to the green scrubbing side and useing a lot of pressure, it is the only thing that will clean my picher so that it will make the new batch of tea taste fresh. It is really wonderful and that is the only thing I use to clean the pitcher and the bowl that it is brewed in.
