Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the heavy Duty Scrub Sponge in cleaning antiques for my antiques business. It's especially great for cleaning brass and copper and holds up well after hard use without leaving scratches on the pieces. The chemical cleaning products I use don't ever affect it and it rinses clean.
I use it for general household cleaning of tile and other dirty jobs like my outdoor furniture. It does a terrific job on everything!

Scrub Sponge good for most cleaning

Scotch Brite blue scrub pads are perfect for daily uses. Use them for glassware, silverware, dishes, then our Teflon pots and pans and in that order. After its kitchen use it is used in the bath for cleaning. They wash well in a hot bleach for reuse and of course become a bit shriveled after the hot dryer to kill all bacteria. They do pick up some stray lint which is easily picked off. Once wet again it's good to go again. I avoid using the scrub side of the sponge for cleaning up melted cheese as it is more challenging to remove from the sponge. We buy these in bulk from the local box store.

I would recommend this sponge to anyone who cooks and like me can make a real mess sometimes, not only with sauce spots that cool down and are difficult to clean but burnt chicken (once or twice) or rice. This sponge saves so much time because i barely have to scrub to get my pots, pans, and stovetop clean.

I must have this sponge in my kitchen. I use it every day. They last and last but I do buy them in bulk so I always have another under my sink waiting. I throw them in the dishwasher after particularly hard use, they come out fresh. They clean it all and don't scratch my pots or china.

I regularly use Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Sponge multi-packs. They work great and last for weeks if sanitized in the dishwasher. I only buy Scotch-Brite brand sponges because they are the best on the market.

I love this sponge! This sponge works great for cleaning tough messes, whether on the stove or on the pots and pans. Yet it's gentle enough to use on my non-scratch and hard anodized cookware. We run them through the dishwasher weekly and they last for quite a while. A 2 pack of these sponges usually lasts me about 3 months, sometimes more depending on how much wear and tear I put on them.
