works for a well variety of surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this on a number of things that are harder to clean. I have an older frig with the kind of textured type handles (white). It cleaned that up nicely. It's invaluable in the kitchen for the scrubbing jobs. I would recommend several b/c of cross contamination. It also works great on outdoor things, grills, furniture. I even tried it on the dogs nylon collar-after I soaked and rubbed it there was still some areas that were not quite clean and the sponge took it right off! It was especially efficient on things that weren't real smooth-such as the frig handles and dog collar. It took way less elbow grease to receive better results. And the scrubbiness of the sponge meant being able to use less chemical cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for years and intend to continue to do so generally on a daily basis. I use them for washing a dish quick in the sink (instead of the dishwasher) and/or for wiping down the counter in the kitchen, such as my coffee prep area which seems to be the spot that needs the most cleaning...perhaps as I tend to drink coffee more often than actually cooking! I tend to find that they last a decent amount of time and will steralize them by zapping them in the microwave with some water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hard water thats hard to get off of my dishes but this scotch brite heavy duty scrub sponge did a wonderful job of removing all of the hard water rings on everything without leaving scratches on any surfaces, works great.

Great for Pots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My everyday to go sponge is the Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge, but this one is great for cleaning pots. I use the green side to get the stuck on or burnt food off my pots. It's durable and holds up to the hard stuff you want to come off. You'll know when it's time to change it because the yellow side of the sponge will wear off.

Worth the little extra cost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the cheap scrub sponges for years, I thought saving 10 cents or so was great. I received a sample of the 3M- Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge. I had made some lasagna over a month ago and some of the oil from the cheeses left burned on oil on the outside of the lasagna dish. I cooked something else in the pan which was not messy. I thought maybe I'll try to get the oil marks off with this new 3M-Scotch Brite Scrub sponge. I just added a drop or two of liquid dish detergent and off they came with very little effort, some I had to scrub, but the majority was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given one of these to review and I love them. They hold up well. I love the scrub side, it gets the most stuck on gunk off. It helps take the work out of doing the dishes and I can wipe down my counter tops and stove top all without switching tools.
